We go through a design discovery process where we learn about your vision and style and we provide our professional input in relevant topics such as wedding trends, common wedding etiquette, color palette creation and more. Once the first design draft is ready, you will receive a digital design proof to review and approve or give us feedback on any changes. We don't move forward to the next stage (production) until you're happy with the proof.

We can modify anything you want during the design process of your custom theme until you're 100% happy with it and give us your approval!
What if I change my mind on my design theme and want to change it to a completely different style?

We get it - sometimes what we envision in our heads might not be what we end up wanting. During the design process, we offer up to three major theme changes for free (which sets us apart from other designers!) when you book us for a custom wedding invitation suite. Additional major theme changes after the third complimentary one will incur a change fee of $50.00 each.
Example of a major theme change: Changing from a colorful beach theme to a black & white vintage theme.
Modifications within your chosen theme are unlimited and do not count as a major theme change. Example: Changing a font or modifying motifs, like monograms or flowers.

We want you to be 100% happy with your semi-custom theme and we'll work with you to tailor it to your wedding day. Typical modifications on a semi-custom theme include font color, font style and/or minor design adjustments such removing or repositioning a motif. For any major design work, we recommend our custom design packages to give you full control and let us bring your vision to life!

The layout, content and wording style in our semi-custom wedding invitation suites are fully personalized to your liking.

How many proof revisions do I get?
Example: You want to change the wedding reception time from 5:00PM to 6:00PM.

As long as you're still in the review phase of the digital proof process, we provide unlimited revisions through our user-friendly Digital Proof portal. All design proofs need to be approved by the customer before we move to printing and shipping, at which time the design is locked in and changes would incur a fee.
What if my invitations arrived damaged?

We put extra love into packing your invitation suites to make sure they're protected in transit. If for some reason they arrive damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged order and we will replace it at no cost to you.
For invitations delivered directly from us to event guests through our white glove mailing service, just contact me and the replacements will be re-delivered.
Note: Replacements go through the same processing time as regular orders so we always recommend that you add some buffer time to your wedding invitation timeline if it is time-sensitive.

What if the invitations were lost in transit?

For orders shipped to our customers directly, a tracking number is provided so that you get real-time updates on the status of the shipment. In the rare cases where they get lost, please contact me so that I can do the proper investigation with the shipping carrier and process a free replacement order.
