Design Process

Step 1

Initial Consultation Call

We go through your vision, style and any theme ideas that you may have for your custom wedding invitations. If you're not sure, we're happy to help! Our Consultation Call is 100% commitment-free and there is no cost - we get to know each other to determine if we're the right fit for your wedding dream theme. We can fluently conduct the entire design process, including content creation, in three different languages: Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese, and English.

Step 2

Complimentary Mood Board and Quote Review

You will receive your personalized Mood Board within three business days, which will include all the ideas that we discussed during our Consultation Call. The Mood Board provides a sneak peek of design ideas to help visualize your dream theme. Your feedback on the Mood Board will help us understand what you're looking for and create a custom quote for you.

Step 3

Quote Acceptance and Deposit Payment

After finalizing all the details you want to include in your custom wedding invitation suite, we request a down payment of 20% before we begin the design process. As part of our 100% happiness guarantee, we proudly offer unlimited revisions until you are happy with your final design proof. To learn more, you can review our 100% Happiness Policy.

Step 4

Details & Customizations

This is where the fun begins! We discuss any unique design ideas that you'd like, including embellishments, customizations, and any cultural details. We deep dive into how we collect the information from you, standard wedding invitation etiquettes and your preference on wording, paper and embellishments.

Step 5

Digital Proof

After we have all the necessary information from you, you will receive your first digital proof of your wedding invitation suite between 7-10 business days. Our process includes unlimited changes to your proofs as long as we stay within the general concept of your original theme idea. Otherwise, we allow up to 3 major theme changes (think design overhaul, such as changing from a colorful beach theme to a black & white vintage theme). Note that proof changes may impact the estimated processing time.

Step 6

Printing & Production

After you approve your digital proof, we move forward to printing and production. This process takes up to 5 weeks before we ship your order. We go through extensive quality control steps to make sure that your wedding invitations are perfect. At this time, any additional requests can be added to your invoice, and we'll collect your final payment.

Step 7

Order Shipment

Your order includes free standard shipping and should arrive within 7 business days to your home address. We can expedite your shipment for a fee.
We also offer a White Glove service where we assemble and ship your individual wedding invitations directly to your guests. You may opt-in for this service before your final payment is due to include it in your final invoice.
