Because your day-of details deserve to feel like a seamless extension of your suite — not an adaptation. When we designed your invitations, we built a complete visual identity around your celebration. Your menus, signage, and place cards should carry that same intentionality, the same fonts, the same palette, the same care. Keeping event day details exclusive to our suite clients is how we make sure that standard is always met.
The best time is during your invitation suite consultation — that way we can plan everything together from the start and ensure a fully cohesive look across all your pieces. If you decide later, we recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks before your event date, or 10–12 weeks for larger items like seating charts and acrylic signage.
Event day details are a separate add-on — not included in your invitation suite package by default. Once you're booked, just let us know what you'd love and we'll put together a custom quote based on the pieces you need.
