How far in advance should we book?
Ideally, 6–9 months ahead of your event. If you’d like Save the Dates as well, even earlier is better. We take on a limited number of clients each season to make sure you receive a personalized, white-glove experience
Do you offer both design and printing?
Yes! From the initial concept to final production, we handle it all—including embellishments and assembly. You’ll receive everything beautifully packaged and ready to pop in the mail.
Can I customize every part of the suite?
Absolutely. Every suite is designed from scratch, with full control over fonts, artwork, color palettes, print methods, and etiquette. Your story is one-of-a-kind, and your stationery should be too.
Do you work with clients outside of the U.S.?
At the moment, we only serve clients within the U.S. (We’re flattered by the international interest—maybe one day!)
What’s the investment for a custom suite?
Most of our couples invest between $3,000–$7,000 for a fully customized suite with premium details like foil, letterpress, and personalized embellishments. Every quote is tailored based on your vision, quantity, and finishes—no cookie-cutter pricing here.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet?
That’s totally normal (and honestly, part of the fun!). We’ll guide you through a creative discovery process that helps clarify your vision, even if all you know is the vibe you want or a color you love.
Do you offer day-of details too?
Yes! We design everything from menus and signage to cocktail napkins, seating charts, favors, and more. If it's paper-based or adds style to your event, we've got you covered.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a 50% deposit secures your place in our design calendar. The remaining balance is due before we move into production. Once you're booked, your date is officially locked in—and we’re all yours!
Can you incorporate cultural or multilingual elements?
Definitely! We love including meaningful cultural symbols, traditions, and bilingual wording. It's one of our favorite ways to make your suite deeply personal.
Will I get to see a proof before anything is printed?
Of course! You'll receive digital proofs for every piece, and we won’t hit “print” until you say everything looks perfect. We also offer production samples for specialty items if you'd like extra peace of mind.
