Send your Save the Dates

Next, send your Save the Dates 6-9 months before your wedding date for local weddings or 9-12 months before destination weddings.

Send your Wedding Invitations

For Wedding Invitations, send them 8 weeks before your wedding date for local weddings, or 2-3 months before for destination weddings.

RSVP Deadline for your guests

The RSVP deadline for your guests is 4 weeks before your wedding date for local weddings, and 6 weeks before for destination weddings. This takes into account postage delivery and the fact that most of your wedding vendors need your final headcount by this timeframe.

Confirm with each vendor their final headcount deadline before setting an RSVP deadline on your RSVP card.
