Online Order Placement

Explore our elegantly crafted Semi-Custom collections to bring your wedding dream theme to life. Add any of our premium upgrades and personalize it to your unique style.

Step 2

Introductory Email

You will receive an order confirmation email including next steps and important information such as scheduling our Discovery Call. My contact information will be readily available for any additional questions prior to our first call.

Step 3

Details & Customizations

This is where the fun begins! We discuss any minor design changes, additional embellishments and customizations that you'd like. We deep dive into how we collect the information from you, standard wedding invitation etiquette and your preference on wording and content layout.

Step 4

Digital Proof

After we have all the necessary information from you, you will receive your first digital proof of your wedding invitation suite between 5-7 business days. Our process includes unlimited changes to your proofs to allow maximum flexibility during your revisions. We are committed to our 100% Happiness Policy where we put your satisfaction as our top priority. Note that proof changes will impact the estimated processing time.

Step 5

Printing & Production

After you approve your digital proof, we move forward to printing and production. This process takes up to 5 weeks before we ship your order. We go through extensive quality control steps to make sure that your wedding invitations are perfect. At this time, any additional requests can be added to your invoice, and we'll collect your final payment.

Step 6

Order Shipment

Your order includes free standard shipping and should arrive within 7 business days to your home address. We can expedite your shipment for a fee.
We also offer a White Glove service where we assemble and ship your individual wedding invitations directly to your guests. You may opt-in for this service before your final payment is due to include it in your final invoice.
