What is included?

Our Gold Package includes the following in the base price:
- 1 Invitation 5"x7"
- 1 Invitation Envelope with euro flap + envelope liner (FREE ENVELOPE UPGRADES)
- 1 Details Card 4.25"x 5.50"
- 1 RSVP Card 3.63"x5.13". You may choose one of the following:
Option 1: A traditional mail-in RSVP card with or without meal choices. It includes euro flap RSVP envelopes for your guests to mail it back to you. Envelope is upgraded to Euro flap at no charge in this package.
Option 2: An online RSVP card with your wedding website's QR Code

How many Invitations or Save the Dates do I need?

Generally, you need one per household (or address) + a few extras as backups to accomodate any unexpected situations. One of the most common mistakes people make is ordering one per guest, which is not always right as you might invite a family or a couple who live together and do not need an individual invitation or save the date per person. 

However, there are some rare instances where you want to give out one invitation per person even if they live under the same household and that is fine too! 

What can be upgraded?

Premium upgrades are available in paper weight and texture.

Can you include addresses in my envelopes?

Yes! We offer addressing services on your envelopes for a small fee. Choose between any of these options when placing your online order:

Option 1: Return Address (typically your address) on envelope's back seal 

Option 2: Receipient Address (Guest Addresses) on the front of the envelope 

Option 3: Both Option 1 and 2 combined. The easiest way to get your invitations and save the dates out the door!

All options above include themed envelope design.

Can I add embellishments?

Absolutely! We love adding embellishments to our invitation suites because it personalizes your invitation to your unique style. Embellishments can be added at any point during our review sessions and will be invoiced separately from your online order.

Simply let us know in your online order or when we meet and we'll walk you through the best options for your invitation suite or wedding invitation.

Can I expedite my order?

Expected Timeline

Our Semi-Custom orders typically take between 1.5 months to 3 months to complete from start (online order placement) to finish (order delivery). We have put together a guide for When to Mail your Wedding Invitations and Save the Dates so that you can use it to plan when you need your wedding invitations or save the dates mailed to your guests. How it works

1. Online Order Placement

Place your order online. Contact Us if you have any questions!

2. Scheduling our first call

An introductory email will be sent to schedule our first call. My contact information will be readily available for any additional questions prior to our first call.

3. Our first call

During our call, we will discuss:
- How we collect the information needed to process your order
- Our timeline and any requests for expedite shipping
- Your preference on wording style (formal, casual or modern), as well as standard wedding stationery etiquettes
- Any minor modifications such as font style and/or color
- Any custom embellishments you wish to add (wax seals, sleeve jackets, ribbons, etc.)
- The digital proofing process
- Any other relevant information you wish to add or special requests

4. Digital Proof Process

After you provide all the information needed for your invitation suite or save the date, we provide a digital proof between 5-7 business days.
- Revisions and additional proofs are free of charge.
- During the proofing process, you may request unlimited review calls.

5. Printing and Production

After you approve your digital proof, we proceed with processing your order, which can take up to 5 weeks. At this point any final payment from additional upgrades, shipping services or embellishments will be collected.

6. Order Shipment or Guest Mailing

Your order includes Free Standard Shipping and should arrive within 7 business days to your home address. Expedite shipping or White Glove Guest Mailing Service is available for an additional charge.
